Vincent Graziano is a 3rd generation funeral director who has served the Westchester community and beyond for nearly 40 years. Since his founding of Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home no detail in the operation of his business has been overlooked. Vincent oversees everything from a family’s first contact with the funeral home, to the service, to the follow up aftercare making sure his families expectations have been exceeded. Under his stewardship Coxe & Graziano has undergone numerous renovation and expansions reflecting his desire to provide a facility beyond compare. When you are at Coxe & Graziano, Vincent extends the same comfort as if you were in his home. His years of dedication to those he serves have lead the firm to be a hallmark of excellence in the funeral service.
A graduate of Pace University and American Academy McAllister Institute, Vincent knows full well the sacred obligation that comes with his profession. His obligation extends not only to his families, but to his community. He is a proud member of the Harrison Rotary Club (Past President), Giovanni Caboto Club (Past President), Rye Golf Club & WestBay Golf Club. He is also a member of the Alessandro Manzoni Lodge as well as the ELKS Lodge of Mamaroneck. A parishioner of Sts. John & Paul R.C. Church, Vincent is also the Master of Ceremonies for their Annual Pastor’s Dinner. He is a member of the St. Lawrence Club of Greenwich. A devoted husband and father, his new title of "Papa" to Emma, Mia & Vincent, gives him the greatest joy.
Jen has carried her family's legacy into the 4th generation. A fixture at the funeral home since her early years, she has embraced the call to service and has taken her work outside the confines of the funeral home into the community at large. Jen has spearheaded many projects and organizations including Mamaroneck’s coveted “Harbor Fest” that she chaired for six years. She also served as a two term President of the Mamaroneck Chamber of Commerce. Jen is active in daily operations of all 3 funeral homes. She understands the delicate balance of providing dignity and service to the deceased while comforting and caring for the living. Jen had initiated the funeral home’s aftercare program more than a decade ago and it remains a viable discussion group that has assisted many people in dealing with the difficulties of loss. She is responsible for hosting the funeral home's coveted "Senior Appreciation Day" at local senior centers in Larchmont/Mamaroneck, Harrison and Greenwich. In addition she serves on the Community Advisory Board for Greenwich Hospital, a Board Member of the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce and President of the Sts. John & Paul PSPA. She is a frequent lecturer and panelist discussing senior issues in the community. She is a graduate of The Ursuline School, Fordham University, Touro Law School and the American Academy McAllister Institute. Jen is also a lector and parishioner of Sts. John & Paul and a member of the Larchmont Shore Club. She is the host of a weekly radio program on WVOX, "Time to Talk" focusing on sensitive issues of advanced planning and the creator of "Coming of Age Magazine", which further touches on those issues. She's recently created a line of memorial jewelry, RememBar Collection, comprised of "wearable memories", which allow you to carry the ones you love with you wherever you go. She is most proud of her number one role, "Mia's mom".

Vincent made this life change calling to mind his roots in the place he loves so dear. He spent many years working in federal law enforcement and homeland security. He is a graduate of Iona Grammar School and Iona Prep, and also Loyola College in Maryland. Vincent is aware of the sacrifice and hard work that is brought forth in providing families with the highest level of service possible. He embraces the challenges ahead of him and his family is very happy to welcome him home. He recently completed his course of study at the American Academy McAllister Institute as well as his licensure requirements for the State of Connecticut. Vin Jr is responsbile for the state of the art technology that runs through out our locations, linking them together at the click of a button. He has created an infrastructure that raised the standards for Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home. A parisioner of Resurrection Church in Rye, Vincent is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Amy are the proud parents of Emma & Vincent.
Michael KovachLicensed Funeral Director (NY), Monument & Inscription Services
Michael comes to Coxe & Graziano with a broad range of experience in other fields of management. It is Michael’s ability to connect with people as well as his superior attention to detail that enable him to be entrusted with daily operation of the firm. Michael is a consummate professional that enjoys the intimacy of the arrangement process as it affords him the opportunity to get to know the family he is serving. He is also our specialist in monuments and permanent memorials and can assist in the design and production of any type of stone. A native of Connecticut, Michael is a graduate of The American Academy McAllister Institute.
Joe SchironeDoor Attendant, Livery Driver
Joe is a face you will see at Coxe & Graziano assisting you through various parts of a wake and funeral. Through out the visitation he is not only a face that will hold the door and greet you upon arrival, he is constantly checking the facilities to ensure the flowers are in place or the temperature is just right. His courtesies extend as well when he is driving one of our limousines. He is readily able and willing to assist a family at any time.
Frank LavianoDoor Attendant, Livery Driver
Frank is an asset to our team in his assistance with visitations and funerals. Frank is a face that will greet you upon arrival into our building yet he is constantly moving about to ensure the facilities are maintained to perfection during services. Frank is also entrusted as one of our livery drivers to our custom fleet. He is courteous, respectful and always available to assist a family.
Terri AgliardoBereavement Counselor and Group Facilitator
Terri is a graduate of the College of New Rochelle where she received her BA in 1977. In 1982 , Terri received her Master's Degree from Fordham University in Religious Education. She later returned to the College of New Rochelle for her second Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling as well as a Professional Certificate in Thanatology. During the school year Terri teaches Religious Studies at The Ursuline School as she has had for the past 33 years. Recently Terri was asked to be the Religious Studies Department Chairperson. Aside from her work in Religious Studies, she is employed by Coxe & Graziano since 2004. She has expanded her work in bereavement to include crisis intervention when an emergency arises within the Westchester Community. Most recently, Terri is working towards becoming a certified pet loss bereavement counselor. She is currently enrolled in the Association for Pet Loss Bereavement Certification program. Terri looks forward to continuing her work in bereavement with those who find a loss just too difficult to go it alone.
